Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Proof of issue (photo/video) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All items are made to order

  • We do not accept returns for size issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse

Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A replacement or store credit will be issued

  • Refunds to the original payment method are only issued if a replacement cannot be made

  • We will also offer a free return shipping to avoid additional fees.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.
